Shipping Questions

Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your package’s journey online.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees once they reach your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility, as we do not control or predict them.

Refund Questions

Our refund policy allows returns within **30 days** of purchase for items that are unused and in original condition and packaging. Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, and certain health/personal care products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable products, and certain opened media items may not be returned.

Exchanges & Gift Returns Questions

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please email us at info@rovorsport.com and send your item to our physical address provided.

If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. For items not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For more expensive returns, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.

In recent years, the sale of phony Rovor goods has grown dramatically, with most counterfeit production now coming from Asia. Rovor is serious about counterfeiting and works closely with law enforcement, US Customs, and Asian Customs to identify, investigate, and prosecute counterfeiters and knowing counterfeit suppliers and resellers. Rovor thanks you for your assistance in the battle against fake Rovor goods.
